    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm using the eSIM and am using the PM app and get to activation, step 5 to enter an alternative number and it won't let me enter it.&amp;nbsp; I can make calls from my mobile and phone the number, so the transfer has worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted support and the person helping me stopped responding to me in the chat after I private messaged what happened.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If not then you need the assistance from a CS_Agent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
