      <title>Line is active. But not able to login.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Need help. I was automatically pushed signed out today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not able to login again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The page kept saying "Please enter a valid phone number registered to your account".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am sure I put the correct email address and/or phone number. But the system kept saying I put a invalid one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not able to login to my account. Would you please help on that?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have to sign up for a new account to submit the ticket, cuz I am not able to sign in to my existing active account to submit the ticket. Please help. Urgent !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will let you know my account detail in direct message once I got your reply. Please help !&lt;/P&gt;</description>
