Hi all,

I have a $30 monthly plan 15 go can illimited is there a way to change to a cheaper plan?

in my subscriptions, there is only similar plans ore more expensive ones

@Bill44 Unfortunately you can’t downgrade to cheaper plans. You can port out to another carrier and then port back in as a new subscriber. You would lose any unused data and mins and referrals but it may be worth it to you. Hope this helps

This has been asked numerous times before. Unfortunately, you can only change to the plans that you see in your Account. If its not there, that mens that you can't.

Contrary to some reports, it is indeed possible to downgrade to cheaper plans without having to switch to a different cellular provider

In my case, I’ve been able to move from a $39 plan with 68GB CA-US-MX coverage to a Canada only $27/20GB LTE plan which better suits my minimal data requirements

Just keep an eye out on lower priced options, select it for your next renewal cycle and go from there (though sometimes you’ll need chat support to invoke the change)
