      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/526768"&gt;@Sarlip&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to contact Koodo but have your PM SIM in your phone to reply to the confirmation text from PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have your PM account number handy for Koodo to have all your PM account information for a smoother porting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BTW, your PM account must be active to port over.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you requested porting from Koodo yet?&amp;nbsp; You need to setup a Koodo account and request porting from there.&amp;nbsp; After the request, you will get a text on your PM phone, reply Yes within 90 mins.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi @ Sarlip&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Send a port request as soon as you have the other account configured. A confirmation text will appear on your Public Mobile SIM card, and you must respond to it with Yes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
