      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's been about 24 hours since I requested a phone number transfer. It still hasn't happened and I can't make calls on my phone. From what I've read it should happen within 5 hours. What do I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Completing the port now would send the phone number to a non-working Public Mobile service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
