I find if I log in on the app, it works fine but the web version is not working and gets that message. I've messaged Customer Support and am waiting for some guidance.

Thanks for the reply. I downloaded the app, but my usage details are still not loading. And every time I try to buy an add-on it just takes my money and add it into my account but does not give me data. Very strange. This is my son‘s account. I run for him. My account is working fine, which is a weird thing.

Doesn't happen to everyone I don't think...just us "lucky" ones. Customer Support has been made aware and they're working on it...apparently.
