How do I get help with porting problems?

I need help and there's no number to call. So, I come on here and it says to private message a Community Moderator with no instructions on how to do that, just that they have a special icon beside their avatar. Where do you even find other users that are online? There's got to be a simple guide on how to contact someone if you need help.

BTW, what resource suggests contacting the moderator team without a link or information on how to?

@Click on the @ moderator_team hyper link and it will open up a new tab to private message the moderator team. The context around this hyper link may not the totally clear.

I agree with you @Alaura. That is a weakness of that page, Good going though, to figure out how to post your own topic. That's bit confusing too.
