did you use the browser or app? try using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to check again

I tried it just now, no problem. I can see usage breakdown, usage history, manage subscription, Shop Add-on, Payment and Rewards. Everything works for me

No problems here either. Are you still having problems? Is it near your renewal date/monthly payment?
