      <description>&lt;P&gt;I subscribed to a plan earlier today and tried brining in my old number but I’m having issues trying to activate the e-sim. It keeps telling me to contact support but even that doesn’t work. Now you messed everything up with 2 accounts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All you need to do is to contact a CS_Agent to fix the first account and cancel the second account and ask for a refund on the second account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket or.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_self"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
