      <description>&lt;P&gt;I stopped my substitute almost 3 months ago but made sure I didn't go over 3 months s that I can keep my PM account. I was traveling so didn't need it. Now that I'm back in Canada, I just resubscribed and purchased my "current" membership plan. (Unlimited minutes Canada wide + 6gb data). When I switch my data on, nothing connects.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using the same phone I had with PM before leaving but it has been reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;if voice works, it is a data setup issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;remove your travel sim card if there is one, or disable travel esim.&amp;nbsp; Delete the VPN profile&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then reboot phone and reset network settings&lt;/P&gt;</description>
