    <description>&lt;P&gt;Me again.&amp;nbsp; There is no ability to text, but I bought a second phone for my other Mom.&amp;nbsp; Now the RAZ program won't load on the Motorola phone provided.&amp;nbsp; RAZ insists that it is a problem with her SIM card, but it works in my phone and the phone rings, just with no way to answer on a black phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a RAZ Memory Cell phone for my 99-year-old mother-in-law.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It keeps things simple on the user end, and doesn't accept texts.&amp;nbsp; Is there any way to verify the number?&amp;nbsp; It's definitely working to receive calls.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Try calling someone nearby and view the call display to see her number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Check the phone setting to see if the number Is shown. I am not familiar with this phone but it should indicate Public on the top of the phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You meant the RAZ Care app? I doubt the mobile provider will cause the problem. But try putting in another sim card from a different provider&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or do you have another phone to install the RAZ app and test the PM sim !&lt;/P&gt;</description>
