      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, are you referring to bonus minutes that you are using to make a call? There would be nothing to redeem.&amp;nbsp; It's automatically applied once you run out of your regular calling minutes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You make your call as usual and it will apply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If so try and reboot the phone . Also it won’t start using them until you used up all your regular plan mins&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
