      <description>&lt;P&gt;I activated a plan online with a e-sim a couple days ago. &amp;nbsp;I can not receive text or phone calls. &amp;nbsp;An agent has credited me to get a sim but that does not help me as I need it working on a e-sim to run 2 numbers on my iPhone. &amp;nbsp; They told me they cannot fix my issue that I have to go to a store. &amp;nbsp;They sent me a list &amp;amp; I googled my own &amp;amp; everyone said they no longer offer service in store or retailers. &amp;nbsp;I am now out $~40 &amp;amp; the issue can not be resolved. &amp;nbsp;Im out of options &amp;amp; just want to be refunded so I can go somewhere where I can actually talk to someone to resolve my questions &amp;amp; concerns.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So you downloaded the App&amp;nbsp; and purchased it but it's not working? What did they say is the issue why they cannot fix?&amp;nbsp; Do you see the eSIM in your cellar settings on your phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We are only trying to help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I dont know what is the issue or how to fix it&amp;nbsp; but i have seen where some people delete the app, delete the eSIM and start over and it works. But I dont know if this will help you, or if they will give you another refund if it still doesnt work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And I assume you reset your phone networks a million times aready, turn on this line or made priamry and reboot....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
