      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I requested my number to be transferred to Chatr. I received an email from Public asking if I wished to proceed. I answered yes. The number still hasn't been ported out. Are you able to tell me when the number will be released by you?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/419983"&gt;@Fano&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you already got the text and answered YES, usually that would take another 30 mins to 2 hours.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can try reboot your phone with the Chatr sim card there.&amp;nbsp; If it still does not work, it is a problem with Chatr now.&amp;nbsp; Please call Chatr back and ask for their update&lt;/P&gt;</description>
