      <description>&lt;P&gt;Woohoo! I did it!!! Troubleshooting with customer support and reprovisioning didn't work. While they were opening a ticket with the tech team I decided to try one more thing that my friend suggested. I took out my sim card put it in their phone. I sent an MMS and had one sent to me. Took the sim card out and put it back in my phone. Rebooted. Sent and recieved MMS. WOOHOO!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit to post: Forgot to mention I also updated my APN type to theirs and when I saved it I didn't notice autocorrect had capitalized mms. So for anyone else in this situation if it helps...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;APN type: default,MMS,agps,supl,fota,hipri&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just thought I would mention I got a call from a private number today that I let go to voicemail. To my surprise the message was from Public Mobile tech support. They left a phone # for me to call back for support. I will be keeping that # just in case I need it in future!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
