      <description>&lt;P&gt;The 2nd number has been with PM long time? Was it active with all along untill lately?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can message PM and ask for assistance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.
