PM My Account/My Rewards sites are both down at the moment

But this is an issue with Telus servers, Telus and Koodo My Account are also down. So, I anticipate that this will be resolved soon, at least with highest priority.

Add:

Telus Contact Centre systems affected too. I guess it will affect PM CS agent system as well

Both My Accounts and My Rewards are slowly coming back up

If you have issue, try to login using Incognito mode. But expect it is slower than usual. If you are not in a big rush, wait till tomorrow morning to login
