      <description>&lt;P&gt;The chat bot just takes me in circles, and I don't have an account to log into anymore since I cancelled my subscription&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other mobile services, as well as home internet services that are paid at the beginning of the cycle, which a lot are, I have cancelled half way through the billing cycle and the company will refund the rest of the month because it has not been used,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
