      <description>&lt;P&gt;are you using iPhone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;new account with PM, you just joined?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Assuming you are using iPhone , disable Send as SMS for 5 mins and reboot phone and enable it again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;to toggle Send as SMS, go to Settings-&amp;gt;Messages&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
