      <title>My e sim is stuck on SOS</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had public mobile e sim for a while I installed holafly e sim for a vacation and didn’t turn my public mobile e sim off now my public mobile e sim is showing SOS. Please help urgently, I’ve tried resetting network settings, restarting phone but nothing is happening at all &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/313722"&gt;@Gg2002&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;delete the holafly esim.&amp;nbsp; Go to the VPN screen and delete the VPN profile, if any&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then Reboot that phone, go back and make sure PM sim is the only one there and enabled or 'Turn on this line' is on and PM sim is set as enabled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last, Reset Network Settings on the phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
