Greetings all,

I am trying to reach out to a correctional facility but, it will not allow me to. I have tried on phones that are not with Public Mobile and there was no problem. How do I do that with this company?

Are you dialing 1 Area Code then 3 digit prefix and then the last 4 numbers?

sorry, PM does not accept collect calls. So, there is no way for inmates to call to a Public Mobile subscribers if that is what you are asking

Yes. I am failing the number correctly. When dialled and press call, there is a voice the comes in saying: “Hi! Public Mobile here. Your caller cannot be completed.” Then the line dies.

That’s a shame. Might need to take that into consideration when upgrading.
