    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/547592"&gt;@Jill08&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;iPhone or Android?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have used the app to complete the activation, the eSIM have already installed.&amp;nbsp; You can check Settings-&amp;gt;Cellular or the Sim Manager screen&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but make sure your old carrier sim card is removed, or disable the old carrier esim.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;After making PM esim the only sim showing there as active, make sure you toggle on Turn on this line and it is set as Primary.&amp;nbsp; You can then reboot the phone and Reset Network settings and try&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What have you done so far? What step are you at?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you download the Public Mobile app to your phone and activate it that way? Did you receive a QR Code in your email?Because the app can download it for you automatically&amp;nbsp; or can manually do it yourself through the QR Code sent to your email. You would need to do this from another device or a computer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
