    <description>&lt;P&gt;Each accounts are separate and cannot use same email.       <title>Account disappeared?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My husband and I had separate accounts and then the app updated and for some reason our accounts meshed. I think because we were using the same email to login. Now he's trying to port out and the account number isn't his, it's mine. How can I resolve this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
