      <title>Phone number transfer issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I made a mistake when transferring my phone number from Fido. I had put in my Public Mobile sim instead of keeping the Fido sim. When I realized my mistake, it had been 1 hour later. I put back my Fido sim, and tried to do a Transfer Number request from the Public Mobile site, but it's now rejecting the phone number. Any ideas how I can get the phone number transferred from Fido? Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Staff hours are 9:00 to 10:00pm EST.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
