    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I found a double-charged bill for almost the same period under my account.&amp;nbsp; When I tried to change my phone plan, maybe I made a mistake. I have already paid for the bill from April 19~ May 19. Do not need another plan for April 27 ~ May 27.&amp;nbsp; Can you please refund me the bill for the period&amp;nbsp; April 27 ~ May 27?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
