I added on 1 gb of data yesterday. It didn't seem to work, so I changed my plan so that I have data.

I would like to be reimbursed for the add on.

you can click on the orange bubble on lower right side of page to start process of Customer Support.

You need to submit a ticket with PM for a formal request
