      <description>&lt;P&gt;I lost the card associated to this account and when a requested a new one, I forgot to update the registered card to my account and my account was temporarily suspended. I am trying to pay it but when i logged on my account it said that i have to register a sim and not allowing me to go to the payment option to updated my credit card. I tried to re-register the sim but it said that my sim card does not exist. Please advise what to do. Thanks for the help. I need to get back to my service immediately. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
