      <description>&lt;P&gt;WHY do you want refund?&lt;BR /&gt;- If it is because you overpaid (paid twice)? If that is it, leave funds for the next renewal.&lt;BR /&gt;- If it is because you do not like this service anymore? In that case you will NOT get refund as this is pre-paid service - use it or lose it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Any other reason, say it here and we will go from there to figure out what is the best approach to potential refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
