Hi,

my dad changed carrier from bell to public mobile and after he activated account, he had emergency and didn’t reply for number transfer messages. Now it passed more than 10 days and when we contacted Bell, we need to contact public mobile for sending a new message of request to move my phone number. But his phone number is no longer existing in his phone. But his number is registered in his account. How can he get the number back?
