      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received a text to enter '1' to authorize my number port. I texted '1'. A little bit later I received another one saying the same thing,&amp;nbsp; that they did not receive my authorization. It appears that the Public Mobile port system is not recognized my text. And, therefore, not completing the port.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Porting does not happen instantly after your text reply, it can take as longer as another 2 hours.&amp;nbsp; Try reboot your phone with the old sim and I'd you see the old sim stops working , then remove old and try the new sim&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
