Without VoLTE turned on, calling will not likely work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, make sure your &lt;STRONG&gt;Roaming&lt;/STRONG&gt; is enabled in Settings...that needs to be enabled in order to use data while in PR.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
