      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I my eSIM was working perfectly fine, and i had no issues.&amp;nbsp; I wanted to have a physical sim card and ordered one. Once it came, i had an phone update appear the same day.&amp;nbsp; I activated the physical sim and removed the eSim and completed the update. Now, i cannot send messages in iMessage on the iphone and everything is going as a text message.&amp;nbsp; Can i order a eSim and start again, or is there an issue with the Sim card? i do not want to change my number.&amp;nbsp; Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;does voice calls and data work?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it works, it is not the type of the sim card problem nor the PM setup,&amp;nbsp; it is just a problem with iMessage setup.&amp;nbsp; Try to disable it and reboot the phone and wait an hour and try to enable it again&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/546687"&gt;@Frank416&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try re-register iMessage&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;go to Settings and manually remove the phone number.&amp;nbsp; Then reboot phone and go back to the settings to add the phone number back.&amp;nbsp; It will then re-register iMessage.&amp;nbsp; It might take time and keep spinning, just wait till it is done&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
