      <title>Upgrade plan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m trying to upgrade my plan. I have a credit card connected to my account and enough money on my account. When I choose the plan I want and click change now I get an error message saying “sorry can’t process try again later”. This happens continually for days &amp;nbsp;How can I upgrade my plan? Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/546730"&gt;@The45&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Are you trying to change to a plan that shows as an option under "change subscription" in your account? &amp;nbsp;Those would be the only plans available for you to change to. &amp;nbsp;BTW are you sure you want to do a "change now" since you'll be charged immediately and no pro-rated refund for what's left of the current plan. &amp;nbsp;Unless you really need the new plan immediately it's best to select the "change on renewal" option.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, many people have experienced this error message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you clear cache, sign out and back again this time using secret mode or incognito mode?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have another device like a tablet or laptop try those also.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
