It's likely something on Public's end.

I would recommend contacting an agent by private message (CS_Agent) or with a ticket.

Hi all,

We have a phone that we are trying to get set up as a house phone for our kids to use. It is a new number (no porting), new SIM card and factory rest phone.

Outgoing calls and texts work, incoming texts work but incoming calls do not. We get a message of call cannot be connected at this time. We have tried getting mulitple people to call it, all on different carriers, everyone receives the same message.

Have tried all of the help items I've found. Anyone have any ideas?
