I'm trying to download all of my 2024 receipts but I'm only seeing one receipt in the "payment history"

Where do I find the rest of my receipts?

You have to go to each month of the Payment History but it is only good for 9 months.

You need to contact a CS_Agent for the full year.

Customers need to be using the chatbot to open tickets.
