      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi folks,&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/487518" target="_blank"&gt;@Membrane&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So as of yesterday my sim is blocked and also i can't even use WiFi ? it says connected without internet? so the problem was with something called a PUK# i think....I don't even know how it came on my screen? it said to enter # i read on a friends phone to use 00000000 so I did and i put in a new 8 digit number then it said to confirm the new PUK# so i did and it just started to count down my attempts. It would never confirm my new PUK# number? I need it unlocked asap ...Im waiting for a call from the hospital to get a new hip.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Your only option would be purchase a new SIM card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
