@Marycarmen Where are you trying to call, and do you have the limited long distance that comes with some plans (only a few countries) or do you have the international minutes add on or a more specific add on? I'm assuming also that you are calling from Canada?

Can you please share more information with us. We are all customers like you. When you say long distance, are you speaking of Canada? The US? Overseas? More info would help us help you better.

where you are trying to call?

there are different LD addon to buy to make calls depends on where you are calling. But PM cannot call all countries, so tell us where you want to call and we can advise

Confirm WHICH country you want to call. Not ALL countries are available through LD add-on.

If country is on the list of LD countries try adding all proper area codes. And confirm you really have minutes available or you already used them all...
