      <description>&lt;P&gt;How long is required to have a rate plan change? I tried to update to the 60GB (35) CanUSMex rate but was still charged for the 50GB (39).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/302532"&gt;@JamesC&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You can only change to plans that you see offered in your account, usually they are the more expensive plans but not always. &amp;nbsp;Was the $35 plan offered under "change subscription"? &amp;nbsp;If so, could you have been trying to make the change on the actual renewal date (not the same as selecting "change on renewal" beforehand).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
