      <title>Call can’t be completed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try to make a call it says that the call can’t be completed since I have used all available minutes. When I log in to my account it says that I still have minutes. Why can’t I make calls?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/481394"&gt;@Haley234&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when you use the laptop to log in to your account, first clear cache files and try using a different web browser. If you have the old $15 plan with limited Canada wide calling minutes, you can get a $5 add-on that gives 500 minutes of calling. Unused add-on minutes will roll over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alternative is to upgrade to $19 plan with unlimited Canada wide calling, messaging and a bit of data.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
