Hey how can I submit a support ticket?

I got a new esim.. who ever hacked my phone ruined my computer. I think I have an idea of who has involvement in it. But now, my mmi isn't valid, half the time I don't have GPS. I keep connecting to a fake tower.. and when I whois or lookup my IP for my phone it says UK ministry of defense.. Im so confused by it all, my google cloud was being used by a developer posing as me.. they were even contacting support and getting things fixed for them!! Can anyone tell me what's going on. This is literally like a movie and my phone is super restricted so I can't reset, I can't investigate, I just am sitting here with my things getting ruined and I'm on a military internal block private server.. help?
