    <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it possible that the reason why there are weeks or days that are missing during the 90 days timeframe is due to lack or calls whether incoming or outgoing?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello All:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need a copy of my call log (incoming and outgoing calls only) But the filter does not provide a complete 3 month record (It chops out weeks). I contacted customer service, who said I had to contact the privacy dept at Telus. They said they'd be happy to provide a log...With all the phone numbers redacted for 3rd party privacy. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That's about as much use as boobs on a bull for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I pointed out that the numbers are on the webpage, but the page is glitchy and incomplete, and asked her who I can go to for the missing data. No joy. She had no idea....Just made some snarky comments about the unavailability of customer service at Public Mobile and told me I could get a court order - for something that should eb available on their website. Not a very&amp;nbsp; professsional look, TBH.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Has anyone found a way to get a complete phone log from these people?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i am pretty sure PM is unable to provide call logs older than 90 days.&amp;nbsp; But if you are not even able to print out the 90 days usage log, you can ask PM to help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I've followed a provate suggestion and filed a complaint and request for a call log with the CCTS. Hopefully that will solve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
