it takes long for PM to ship you sim card. Fastest way to get is to buy the Public Mobile sim from a nearby Telus or Koodo store for $10

Or buy from Amazon for just $5 and 2 days Prime shipping. Order using this link

https://www.amazon.ca/Public-prepaid-postpaid-Activate-Allinone/dp/B06X9ZGDWG

invalid address

My sim card needs to be replaced as it will not work in any phone I try it in. So from my account I tried to order a new sim card. BUT it will not take my address even when I cut and paste it off my profile. It says invalid address. The address on my profile has a Box # and my street address. I've tried to change my profile omitting the Box# but no matter how I try to put my address down it still says invalid address even in my profile. I think I need someone from Public mobile to help me.!!!

If so, you can also purchase an eSIM via the app. It depends on your phone itself if it accepts eSIM. You may wish to look into that.
