      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have&amp;nbsp; a credit card attached to my subscription and it is supposed to auto pay. But it didn't last billing cycle and I don't know why.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/545254"&gt;@GavinW&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If your auto-pay didn’t go through, here are some common reasons and what you can do:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Card expired or replaced – Check if your credit card details (expiry date, number) changed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Insufficient funds or block – Your bank may have blocked the payment or flagged it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;System hiccup – Occasionally, Public Mobile’s system may miss a payment attempt.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To fix it:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Log into your account and go to Payments &amp;gt; Manage AutoPay.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Re-enter or update your credit card info, even if it looks correct.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Then select “Reactivate current plan” if your account is suspended.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This should restore your service right away and ensure auto-pay works next time.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, there have been instances where auto pay fails. Double check that your card is not expired, you didnt miss a payment to the credit card itself. If all is fine there, just log into your My Account and click on the option to a make a payment to resume your service if its suspended.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't have any options to make a payment. It says I have used 0/10gb on my subscription on my overview, and I went to manage payments and re-entered the cc. But there is no place to make a payment. My subscription won't renew until May 14.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I can't tell if it was suspended. I don't see why.&amp;nbsp; In payment history it says it was tried twice this morning. I'm not sure what to do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;you have no service now?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;call 1855-4PUBLIC from another phone, and enter you phone number to check if your account is active or suspended, that is the best and most reliable way to check account status&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you doing this on your phone or computer? Clear the cache, sign out and back in. Use secret or private mode.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From the Overview,&amp;nbsp; main page it should say right there if the account is suspended in red.&amp;nbsp; Click on Payment,&amp;nbsp; Mange Subscription.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
