    <description>&lt;P&gt;Tell us what you have done so far&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you start the subscription process using PM app? Did you get pass payment step?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you used the app to activate and got to step 6 and cannot get it working, open a ticket with PM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Community&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am really struggling right now to activate the sim.&amp;nbsp; I bought the basic plan about 5 days ago and have not been able to use the phone -- except when inside wifi space.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I opted for the free esim, then got a message that in order to activate the device, I must purchase an actual sim card.&amp;nbsp; I did that, inserted the sim, but but I am still not able to activate the plan.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;What is EverSafe.&amp;nbsp; I hear about it but haven't been directed to download it.&amp;nbsp; Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
