      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot make phone calls on my phone. It says no network I can still text. What should I do to fix this problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
