Voicemail notifications

I'm new to Public Mobile and have noted that, unlike my previous provider, I don't receive a text notifying me that I have a voicemail. Is this possible with PM and, if so, how do I set it up. Thanks in advance.

Hi @Ynwa97

I guess it really depends on your phone. I know with my iPhone, the voicemail red dot shows up. I guess you must have an Android?

The device notification is a device feature only. And PM does not have SMS notification for Voicemail message

You just have to go to the voicemail, and go to where the automated voice says "you have 1 new message" it should have the option to delete the number. Happy surfing and I hope it works out for you! 🙂
