      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/308464"&gt;@Rict&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;there is no outage reported for Ottawa west at this moment according to Telus outage site&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try to reboot the phone and Reset network settings.&amp;nbsp; Please also try changing the network mode to 4G or LTE and see if it helps&lt;/P&gt;</description>
