      <title>Phone and account have been locked - High Important!!!!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have received 3 messages from Eversafe last night, but those action were not done by myself. And this morning, I found out that my phone can't not be used, neither out nor in. The signal bar is empty. Also, I can't login my account by my email. It says the email is not valid. I have no idea how to login the account and unlock the service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This email address I used is not the one I register for my phone. Please contact me as soon as possible to unlock everything for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
