I need to contact an agent because my phone is hacked.

Hacked how? Do you have your phone? Sim card? Access your email? Access your Public Mobile account? Customer support is just getting started....

If need be click on the chat bubble at tbe bottom right and open a ticket.

PM support cannot help much with phone being hacked. you should wipe your phone immediately
