I think I may have fixed it? Toggled on/off airplane mode and turned off wifi, went for a walk again at the distance it cut out and it seemed to work just fine, 4-5 bars. If it continues to persist I'll reply here again.

I noticed for the past few weeks at work I would not be able to make calls back home due to not having a signal, and that in the break room my connection would work but still be poor at times (last shift it did not work at all, except for a few instances). Whenever I would go for walks around the neighbourhood I would experience no issues at all listening to music, but today I noticed that once I got outside the range of my house's wifi, my signal cut out. My phone is a galaxy a15 if that helps. Normally LTE would load just fine but now I only see the 4g icon with 1 or no bars at all. It's quite confusing as the map indicates my area should be covered but it's not. I restarted my phone as well but I haven't noticed much of a difference. Has there been recently issues with reception?

What phone do you have?

PM is cutting one of the 2 bands on 3G network in some area. if you have a phone that not designed for Canada and your phone not on PM's VOLTE whitelist, you might be affected and need a phone that is fully compatible with the new network requirements here

Just a poor connection to the network. Toggling airplane mode on/off gives you a brand new connection.

@Luddite

I believe @Shujah_C deserves it.😉
